AQUACORN

Soaked in the Fall colors of earthy browns, reds, and greens, AQUACORN are a pair of conglomerate earrings made from Tiger's Eye stones capped with the shells of small, striped Tuxedo Sea Urchins. Each resembles an immature acorn, or an acorn of the sea, we suppose, and are suspended from Sterling Silver chains and hoops. Almost too adorable!

Be careful, as the urchin shells are not treated/coated to retain their original and unique luster and colors, so they may be fragile, as so many things in this world are. We'll take good care of them in shipping, though, so no worries.

PACIFICA.BLACK Necklace

Bordering the exterior of a gentle spiral of Sterling Silver, PACIFICA.BLACK is home to a line of beautiful jet black Onyx gemstones, calling to mind some of the darker and more dangerous of beguiling sea-life colors of the ocean. A more dramatic look than the original PACIFICA maroon gemstones.

Onyx gemstones are 3-4mm each.
Spiral and chain are both Sterling Silver.

PACIFICA Garnet Earrings

Bordering the exterior of a gentle spiral of Sterling Silver, PACIFICA is home to a line of beautiful maroon-red Garnet gemstones, calling to mind some of the beautiful coral and sea-life colors of the ocean.

BOLD

Minimalist and concise, BOLD is three lines of Black-Lacquered wood beads on gunmetal rods, suspended from curled hooks of the same. Little else to mention, so it should speak for itself.

Measures appx. 3 inches in total length.

METEOR DROP

I just renewed METEOR DROP with better photos.

Reminiscent of a dark comet falling across the sky, the center stone of METEOR DROP is a round slate-gray and black veined Labradorite with faint blue iridescence ("flames"), catching the light in a faint shimmer of blues. Seven round Black Onyxes crown on top, connecting to gunmetal chains, adapted from a Japanese jewelry technique. It's great for both a casual or feminine style.

Labradorite stone measures 14mm.
Black Onyx stones measure 3mm each.
Approximately 2 inches (5.4cm) long from top of earring.

SEA-OF-STARS.WHITE

A twisting batch of small, white, Freshwater Pearls gather together into one mass to reveal a singe teardrop cut Strawberry Quartz gemsone. Silver plate wire helps to bring the two together into a single form and the entire piece shakes and quivers as it moves, each rivulet of Pearl in SEA-OF-STARS one part of a whole. The set reminds one person of a deposit of octopus eggs.

The Strawberry Quartz gemstone is smooth teardrop cut.
White Freshwater Pearls are appx. 2-3 mm each.
All metal and hooks are Silver Plated.

SEA-OF-STARS.BLACK

A twisting batch of faceted Black Onyx gemstones gather together into one mass to reveal a singe Briolette cut Snow Quartz gemstone. Gunmetal helps to bring the two together into a single form and the entire piece shakes and quivers as it moves, each rivulet of Onyx in SEA-OF-STARS one part of a whole.

The Snow Quartz gemstone is in a Briolette (faceted teardrop) cut and had small flecks of gray throughout it.
Onyx gemstones are 3-4mm each.
All metal and hooks are Gunmetal.

BERRYBOMB.GREEN

Reminiscent of an big, unripened raspberry, the BERRYBOMB.GREEN earring is a cluster of Jade gemstones woven in a ball so that the inside remains hollow and light, suspended from Silver Plated hooks. A softer, earthy BERRYBOMB better for Spring and Summer.

Jade gemstones in the clusters are 4mm each.
Hooks are Silver Plated.

BERRYBOMB.BLACK

Reminiscent of an big, juicy blackberry, the BERRYBOMB.BLACK earring is a cluster of Onyx gemstones woven in a ball so that the inside remains hollow and light, suspended from Silver Plated hooks. Looks good enough to eat, but guaranteed not to drop juice onto your shoulders!

Onyx gemstones in the clusters are 4mm each.
Hooks are Silver Plated.

POISONBERRY

Reminiscent of a miniature boysenberry, the POISONBERRY earrings are a cluster of Garnet gemstones each capped with Jet (black) Swarovski Crystals and suspended above gunmetal rings. Nice for a dramatic or dark look.

Garnet gemstones in the clusters are 2mm each, with 2mm bicone Jet Swarovski Crystals on the top and bottom.
Rings and hooks are gunmetal.

PORTAL.RED ROUND

Wrapped around the inside of a circular gunmetal ring, PORTAL.RED ROUND carries both smaller Lavender-colored stones and larger Garnet gemstones within it, resembling a floating gateway to a darker plane.

The ring is appx. 1 inch tall and hangs a total of 1.5 inches.
Garnet gemstones are 3mm each.
Lavender stone beads are 2mm each.

SANGUIN

Dramatic, yet simplistic, SANGUIN's center stone is a rose of carve Black Onyx, accompanied by several smaller notes of Carnelian stones, almost dripping off of it from the bottom. Great for a darker, elegant tone without overdoing it.

Black Onyx rose measures appx. 0.5 inches.
Carnelian stones measure 4mm each.
Hangs 2 inches with a total length measuring 2.5 inches

PORTAL.GREEN

Wrapped around the inside of a tall, ovular gunmetal ring, PORTAL.GREEN carries both smaller Lavender-colored stones and larger Jade gemstones within it, resembling a standing gateway. More of an organic feeling than PORTAL.BLACK.

The oval ring is 1.5 inches tall and hangs a total of 2 inches.
Jade gemstones are 4mm each.
Lavender stone beads are 2mm each.

HARVEST

Like twin bunches of ripe, red grapes hanging off of a wall, HARVEST is a bar of tan Mother of Pearl, reflecting browns and yellows. Giving an autumn-like feeling to the pair of gem drops beneath it, it is accompanied by Garnets, Black Onyxes, and Tourmalines. One of a kind, as the Mother of Pearl bar has been impossible for me to find; so only one HARVEST necklace will ever be made.

Mother of Pearl bar measures 1.75 inches across.
Tourmaline, Garnet, and Black Onyx stones measure various sizes all around 3-4 mm and hangs 1.25 inch.
Chain length from top to bar is approximately 9 inches.

PoppyEater is a pair of artists working out of their little niche in one of the greener parts of Brooklyn, New York. PoppyEater seeks to overlap their interests, skills, and materials in a single symbolic artform. As neither artists are professional taught in jewelry design, PoppyEater, in the future, will not be limited solely to beaded jewelry pieces.
